We started to plan our kitchen renovation late last year and went through some contractors through home stars.We came across Dino from Uniq who we finally awarded the contract . Unique inc was really professional in their work and project  timelines. Uniq sticked on to the committed dates and budgets and also ensures to provided what they committed in their designs. Very professionally managed and The best part was their consultancy which helped us to improves the designed which we were planning to do . We hired UNIQ Inc for a comprehensive bathroom renovation in March 2022.  They were highly recommended by a family member who worked with Dino for a major reno. We are happy that we proceeded with UNIQ. The cost was comparable to other similar contractors and included high-quality materials (paint, cabinetry, etc.).  The project was completed within the expected timeframe.

Dino provided great advice on products, materials, design, and functionality. He was patient and flexible with delays on our end and with multiple visits to their showroom to discuss various options and designs. We love our new, fresh bathroom. Their showroom helped us choose the right materials.

The whole crew was fantastic. Hendy was an excellent and responsive project coordinator.  Q and Tim were conscientious, very open to seeking and responding to feedback, attentive to details, provided good advice on functionality, and overall, they were always pleasant and professional.  Dino always made himself available and dealt immediately with issues when they arose to ensure our satisfaction with every step of the project. Dino is wonderful to work with. He takes the time to listen to what you want, as well as what you think you want. He makes suggestions, giving you a wide range of options while indicating the benefits and drawbacks of each. He has a wonderful sense of what will both look great in your house, and what is reasonable for your budget. He is not pushy whatsoever.

His stays involved during the project, but his workers are excellent: very pleasant people to be around, always on time, and they work hard, and work as a team. They are the sort of people you enjoy having around your house during the project. Our bathroom renovation was done in the time-frame outlined.

We have engaged Uniq Inc. services for three different projects over the past few years.

Dino and the crew have done an amazing job with complete remodeling of our condo unit designing and renovating from scratch including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, closets and Living room/custom-built entertainment unit, with modern and elegant designs that are out of the ordinary.
The three projects were done at different times and all were completed on schedule to our complete satisfaction. The quality of workmanship as well as materials used were of very high standard. This is a very skilled and knowledgeable team which met strict approval standards of the condo management office.

Dino and his team were very professional from the very start.  We chose UNIQ Inq because of their detail, everything was documented and there were no surprises. During  the first meeting Dino came out to our home to understand what we were looking for. He nailed it right on!  From the questions Dino asked, to the suggestions he made we could tell he knew what he was talking about. He was not pushy and did not deviate from our renovation plan.  He presented design documents which we fell in love with.  Although we did have a few changes along the way, the end result was beautiful. We are so happy with the renovation.  Regardless that the master ensuite was a last minute addition to our renovation, Dino and his team were very accommodating. We were not staying at our house during the renovation, but Dino kept us posted along the way and provided updates throughout the week. He was always available to respond to our questions, and concerns. We were extremely impressed with Dino’s attentiveness, he always new what was going on with the project. Uniq totally designed and renovated the main floor of our home 7 yrs ago which required the removal of two bearing walls, a full kitchen reno and the installation of built ins in the family room and new hardwood throughout. The work was completed on budget, on schedule and was high quality. All trades were thorough and competent. All required permits were obtained by Uniq. We followed this up with an upgrade to three rooms in our basement level. Design details were recommended by Uniq and have completely refreshed and given our basement a brighter basement area. Popcorn ceilings were removed and replaced with flat drywall c/w pot lights throughout. Again, the work was completed on schedule, on cost and of high quality. Dino and his team did multiple renovations in our home from master bathroom to kitchen to multiple washrooms. What we loved about Dino & team:
1. Design process: gives you ideas, has an eye for details, goes over blueprints, and has a showroom to visit
2. Firm budget for renos: you know what it will cost
3. Any mistakes or workmanship issues that arise are dealt with right away.
